Bashed Cucumber Salad Over Yoghurt Sauce
  • 2 medium japanese cucumbers (Or local small cucumbers)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Balion Coconut Flower Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt hung for a little time . (for vegan recipe one can use coconut yogurt)
  • 1 Chopped  garlic clove 
  • 1 handful of fresh parsley  and mint 
  • Salt and pepper 
  • Little Dill for garnish.

For the dressing 

  • Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Balion Coco Aminos Original 
  • 1 tablespoon Balion Coconut Flower Vinegar - Chilli
  • 1/2 tablespoon Balion Coconut Flower Honey

Shake well together, all the ingredients of dressing. Adjust for salt & pepper. 

Slice the ends of the cucumber and bash it a little. Then make 1 inch pieces. Apply salt and 

Put this cucumber in a colander. Keep it aside for 15 mins. Save the water.

To the yogurt, add crushed garlic, saved cucumber water and 1/2 teaspoon of Balion

Coconut Flower Cider Vinegar, handful of chopped parsley and mint leaves. Mix well.

Spoon the yogurt mixture onto a serving plate, top it with cucumber, dill and drizzle the 

dressing over the cucumber and yogurt.
