Chilli Paneer
- 125 gms paneer ( cut into 3/4” cubes)
- 1 1/2 tbsp cornflour
- 11/2 tbsp maida ( plain flour)
- 2 tsp Balion Coco Amino Original
- 1 tsp Balion Coco Amino Chilli
- 11/2 tbsp Balion Coconut Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 3/4 tbsp Balion Coconut Flower Cider Vinegar Ginger
- 21/2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 4-5 green chillies -slit lengthwise
- 4-5 crushed garlic - optional
- 2 tsp Balion Coconut Flower Honey
- Chopped spring onions along with the greens.
- Salt as per taste
Instructions
Mix flour,cornflour and salt ( 1/2 tsp).
Add enough water about 3 tbsp to make a batter of thick pouring consistency such that it coats the paneer .Deep fry or air fry the paneer and keep it aside .
Heat 11/2 tbsp oil. Add the green chillies ,garlic and spring onions . Reduce the heat . Add salt, pepper and Balion Coconut Flower Honey.
Add Balion Coco Amino Original or Chilli, Balion Coconut Sweet Chilli Sauce and Balion Coconut Flower Cider Vinegar Ginger. Stir it well
Add 2 tbsp water. Add the Paneer and Mix well .
Serve hot by garnishing it with the green sprigs of spring onions.
