Stir Fried Bok Choy

- 6 Bok Choy. Rinse & cut hard ends into one inch pieces
- 6-8 Garlic cloves sliced (depends on the size)
- 4 Tablespoon of grated ginger
- ⅓ cup of Balion Coco Aminos Original
- 3 tablespoon oil
- Salt to taste
Add oil to a large wok on a medium heat. Once the oil is hot add sliced garlic. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add grated ginger and cook for a minute. Add bok choy hard ends of the bok choy. Cook for 2-3 mins.
Add the leafy part & Balion Coco Aminos Original and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Serve immediately with steamed rice.
