Stir Fried Bok Choy


Stir Fried Bok Choy
  • 6 Bok Choy. Rinse & cut hard ends into one inch pieces
  • 6-8 Garlic cloves sliced (depends on the size)
  • 4 Tablespoon of grated ginger 
  • ⅓ cup of Balion Coco Aminos Original
  • 3 tablespoon oil 
  • Salt to taste


Add oil to a large wok on a medium heat. Once the oil is hot add sliced garlic. Saute for 2-3 minutes. 

Add grated ginger and cook for a minute. Add bok choy hard ends of the bok choy. Cook for 2-3 mins.

Add the leafy part & Balion Coco Aminos Original and cook for another 1-2 minutes. 

Serve immediately with steamed rice.
